The present general terms of sale apply to all the commercial relations concluded by the means of Internet site www. Funkiwi2.fr, of the orders by telephone or mail, between the Funkiwi2 company and the author of the order (“the customer”). No particular condition can, except acceptance formal and written Funkiwi2 to prevail against the present general terms on line. Any contrary condition opposed by the customer will be thus, in the absence of express acceptance, incontestable in Funkiwi2, whatever the moment when it could have been brought to its attention. Funkiwi2 will be able to modify the present general terms of sale constantly, subject revealing these modifications on its site.

Funkiwi2 is committed accepting your order in the terms of these general terms of sale. By confirming your order, you will confirm to accept the entirety of these general terms of sale placed at your disposal on the site, and admit having a perfect knowledge of it, giving up of this fact to prevail you of any contradictory document, and in particular of your own general terms of purchase, the act of purchase involving acceptance of these general terms of sale only applicable to the order. The prices indicated in euros are famous Nets, except costs carriage. They are modifiable constantly without notice, knowing that the articles will be invoicees on the basis in force with the recording of the order. The effective rate of the euro is fixed at 6.55957 FF. All the orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros. The price is payable entirely and in only one down payment. The applicable VAT is of 19,6% for all the products. For any forwarding in the DOM TOM and except EU the possible local tax or custom charges remain with the load of the recipient.

The products remain the property of funkiwi2 to the complete cashing of the price by Funkiwi2.

 

Delivery:

 

Any order placed on the Site and delivered apart from France could be subjected to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the parcel arrives to its destination. These customs duties and these taxes possible related to the delivery of an article are with your load and concern your responsibility. You can withdraw your order of the Monday to Friday of 9:30 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:30 in the buildings of Fun Kiwi II located 91 Boulevard Voltaire 75011 Paris. You have also the possibility of making you deliver your order while indicating during the validation of the basket, the conveyer desired in port due. 

 

Return:

 

The purchaser must check the products as soon as they are given by the conveyer. Any complaint for nonconformity or apparent defect of the products, whatever is the reason, will have to be addressed to Fun Kiwi II per registered letter with request for notice of receipt under 48 (forty-eight) hours. No complaint could be allowed if she is addressed to Fun kiwi II more than 48 (forty-eight) hour after reception of the ordered products.

The choice or the purchase of a product is placed under the single responsibility of the purchaser. No return is possible except for defective goods due to manufacture. The articles must be turned over in their country of origin without to be carried nor washed.

The expenses of return are the responsibility of the purchaser.
